CC RX7 FD3S Rear Trailing Arm (HIGH Clearance)
The OEM rubber bushing induces compliance and an undesirable/unpredictable handling characteristics known as toe steer. The Core Components FD-Rx7 HIGH CLEARANCE rear trailing arms eliminate the OEM rubber bushing and therefore effectively eliminates this unwanted toe steer. The result is a much more predictable and stable vehicle on the road or at the track. The CCFABLAB FD3S HIGH CLEARANCE rear trailing arms also offer more wheel and tire clearance than the OEM and the competition! Most competitors offer a 1” tube diameter while ours uses 7/8” to get you just that little bit more clearance if you need it.
We didn’t stop there… our HIGH CLEARNCE trailing arms feature an asymmetrical bend angle to facilitate additional clearance. This slight bend offers the most clearance of any rear trailing link on the market! Our HIGH CLEARANCE arms are made in the USA from high strength chromoly tubing and finished with black powder coat. Our chromoly rod ends are self-lubricating and self-sealing PTFE lined with increased thickness for greater tensile strength. The Rilsan AZM30-injected liner will not rattle or squeak like standard 2 or 3-piece rod ends found on most other links on the market. Trailing arms include high misalignment spacers for a direct replacement of your OEM trailing links.
