When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Standard Core Components Product returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by Core Components, prior to return shipping. (If applicable, your item may be repaired or replaced under the Manufacturer’s Warranty at the discretion of Core Components. See warranty terms and conditions for more details.)
If you are not satisfied with your Core Components purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:
New in the box and less than 7 days from shipment date? = YES Returnable
If Yes, we will refund the purchase price minus 20% restocking fee of new and uninstalled non-custom, non-special items returned within 7 days of the receipt date. The purchase must have been made through our website, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). Any item purchased with free shipping will have the equivalent shipping charge deducted from the refund.
Custom made, one off, limited production, or special order items = Not Returnable
Installed, damaged, incomplete or used? = Not Returnable
NON-CORE COMPONENTS PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products sold by Core Components but not manufactured by Core Components are covered only by the warranty of the manufacturer. Core Components can help coordinate returns, exchanges, or warranty claims of these products per the terms of that manufacturer’s policies. Core Components may accept returns of non-Core Components branded products on a case-by-case basis. In these rare cases, a 20-80% restocking fee may apply, at the discretion of Core Components.
Core Components must authorize all returns, exchanges, and refunds prior to return shipping and are permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the delivery. Some Products may be subject to manufacturer warranty to repair and replace. See warranty terms and conditions for more details. No returns will be accepted or authorized on any installed items, electrical parts, COBB AccessPORT’s or any special order items. Each return, exchange, or refund requires a unique Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”), which must appear on the outside of all return shipping boxes. The Company will refuse delivery of any box which does not display your unique RMA on the outside without exception. Core Components refusal of shipment does not constitute a right to a refund or credit. All return shipping is to be sent Delivered Duty Paid and must be arranged by the Buyer returning the Product.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
- Contact email@example.com for returns and to request an RMA number.
- You must return the items in their original package.
- You must include all accessories and user manuals that came in the same package.
- Where an item has been purchased as a part of a bundle of multiple items, all multiple items within that bundle must be returned. Please treat the items with care and return them in the condition that they were delivered to you.
- Please use, if possible, the original delivery package or pack the items securely and make sure that the filled out return form is included inside the box and place the pre-printed return label on the outside of the packing used for shipping.
- Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received all the items to be returned.
If you return items 1) that you are not entitled to return, 2) that are not in their original condition, 3) that are without proper or missing packaging, 4) with items missing from the return delivery, 5) without following our return instructions, or 6) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning items, we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to you reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred, subject to applicable law.
If your return has been accepted, we will refund you the price you have actually paid for the items less any applicable shipping costs (as per the above) by crediting your payment card thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery.
Please note that RAD Motorsports LLC will only process returns and refunds for items bought in this Online Shop.
Product returns will only be authorized for products which are unused and in their original saleable packaging, including all hardware, accessories, or additional equipment sold with the Product or otherwise required for its installation and use and be returned with the original invoice and your contact information. Core Components reserves the right to request images or other additional assurances that the product has not been used or installed prior to its return. If Core Components approves the return, exchange, or refund and discovers upon receipt of the product that it has been used, installed, or does not contain all hardware, accessories, or other equipment sold with the Product or required for its installation and use, it may refuse to return, exchange, or refund the product purchase price to the customer. The Company will not in any case, refund the original shipping costs to the customer.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns, canceled orders (special or otherwise, shipped or unshipped) in addition to any original shipping fees.
Any return credits or refunds are processed on the last business day of each month. Please allow an additional 12-14 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account.
DID YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS?
Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Core Components will not initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid by either check, credit card, or account credit, to be determined by Core Components.
